All prices are indicated in US funds. If prices at moment of order are different from advertised, you will be notified prior to confirming your order. For VISA invoicing purposes, USD prices are converted to Canadian funds at the prevailing US vs National bank of Canada exchange rate, on the day the sale takes place. Your credit card issuer may charge you a small service charge for processing the transaction in foreighn currencies. Please, inquire with your bank. PAYMENT: We take cash, VISA card, certified check, cashier's check, or money order. SHIPPING & HANDLING: We usually ship by UPS GROUND, unless otherwise required. A good guide to estimate these expenses is: about 10% of parts price. We normally are able to confirm total S&H costs while taking your order, based on UPS rates. CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE CANADA: Eventual customs brokerage fee will be collected by carrier, upon delivery. Currently, neither federal nor provincial sales taxes need apply on mail or telephone orders destined to export from Canada. MANUFACTURER'S RIGHTS: We reserve the rights to make any product change at any time without obligation to change any part previously manufactured. Customer will be advised of any running change affecting parts ordered / shipped before closing sale. GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY: Our products are guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship as delivered. Molded composites materials may present minute surface imperfections, wich is NORMAL and NOT considered defective, when corrected by usual light sanding,priming, glazing and/or normal preparation for paint. In the unlikely event a product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, subject to our inspection and approval. This guarantee does not cover any defect wich is the result of improper finishing and/or installation of the part(s), and/or modification and/or alteration of the said part(s), or any of its components by purchaser and/or any third party. Normal composites materials reaction to excessive temperature and/or engine and /or accessories malfunctions shall not be considered defect under this guarantee. We also expressly disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from the installation and/or use of our products. In no event shall our liability, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, exceed the cost of the part(s) we sold to the customer. Our liability will end with the repair or replacement of the part, if we find it to be defective. Some country/state/city or local administrations may enforce restrictions in the use of aftermarket components, for pollution controlled motor vehicles used on public highways. It is sole responsability of the customer to inquire about such matter, prior to ordering from us. RETURNS: All sales are FINAL. Products may be returned within seven (7) days, but only with prior authorization number from us. The product must be returned freight prepaid. No COD's accepted. There will be a minimum restocking charge of 15% for any authorized product return , plus any customs brokerage fee that we may incur. Product used or altered in any way may not be returned. Proof of purchase, original shipping container, and written description of motive to return must be provided. CUSTOM WORK: Custom work is available upon request, in wich circumstance payment ( parts & agreed labour ) must be arranged prior to actually starting work.
